To celebrate the launch of this year's HotHouse festival the streets, market and Frenchgate will play host to an energetic and colourful mix of street arts, music and dance, plus drop-in workshops for the whole family. Featuring the weird, the wacky and the macabre, this daylong programme will amuse and delight.

Look out for free children's workshop in Frenchgate, exotic birds wandering the streets, some musical madness, spooky storytelling in the Spookmaster and much, much more.
