Celebrating its 4th year, the Doncaster Folk Festival starts on Friday evening with a programme of local folk favourites and a ceilidh featuring the excellent Anglo-French band Pierrot. The weekend also features Morris Dancing on the streets of Doncaster’s Market Place followed by a return to the Ukrainian Club for an afternoon and evening concert that includes Bill Caddick (composer of John of Dreams), The Duncan McFarlane Band, Trio Threlfall, Little Sister, His Worship and the Pig, Hissy Fit, and a guest Ukrainian Band.
