Lotty’s War

Thrust into the dilemmas of the German Occupation, striving to be loyal to her friends and family, Lotty finds herself having to succumb to the requirements of an occupying force, particularly those of the General billeted with her. Based on true events, this ‘gem of a play’ is a ‘fascinating examination of how relationships and personalities change in the quest for survival’. With Britain currently occupying two countries, ‘Lotty’s War’ is a relevant and fresh look at the dilemmas faced by British people under occupation in Guernsey, in their own very recent history.
